One morning. The complete Breathway experience.
Breathway Live is an immersive, guided group experience that combines conscious breathing, music designed specifically for this purpose and the therapeutic use of voice. With headphones on, you breathe to the same music as everyone else, sharing a powerful journey guided by breath and sound.
In Alicante, we invite you to live the complete Breathway experience in a single morning: from setting your intention and connecting with what happens beneath the surface, to the process of letting go and a gentle integration.
You do not need any previous experience, nor do you need to know exactly what you want to release. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and the willingness to give yourself this time.

We begin by identifying what you want to explore, release or change.
BREATHE AND ACCESS
Guided breathing through your headphones helps you move beyond the usual conscious filter.
RELEASE AND REPROCESS
As emotions and patterns come up, the music, the voice and the team guide you through them.
INTEGRATE AND REPROGRAM
The session closes with calm integration, so you leave grounded and clear.

Important information about the practice
You are always in control of your own breathing and can slow down or stop at any moment. Facilitators move around the room and will support you if strong emotions come up.
Breathwork is not recommended during pregnancy, or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure that is not under control, epilepsy, or a recent surgery. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor first and write to us before booking.
The event is for adults aged 18 and over.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need any experience with breathwork or meditation?
No. Every phase is guided from start to finish, and the team is in the room with you the whole time. Most people who come are trying it for the first time.
Is it safe? What if I feel overwhelmed?
You are always in control of your own breathing and can slow down or stop at any moment. Facilitators move around the room and will support you if strong emotions come up.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can transfer your ticket to another person at any time by writing to us. Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, your ticket can be moved to a future Breathway event.
Is there a minimum age?
The event is for adults aged 18 and over.
What language is the event in?
The session is guided in English and Spanish.
